*the term NSFW can be vague, but I will draw suggestive art (kissing, suggestive poses, nudity e.g shirtless men and women) but I won't draw actual genitalia and/or people going at it lmao

**I will draw political themed art, but not actual real life politiciansWill also not draw anything explicitly offensive (racist, sexist, zionist, queerphobic, pedophillic, etc) however this does not shut out commentary about such themes. Discussion is open.If there's anything not listed above that you're not sure will fly just ask me!

HOW TO COMMISSION:
First of all thank you for having the interest to commission me! Here is how the general process goes:
1. Direct Message me on any social media (@zoinyoi) or email me ([email protected])
2. Describe what you want to commission (OCs, fanart, etc)
2. If I accept, either you will be put on a waitlist if there is one and I will ask for payment when your turn arrives, and if there is no waitlist then you can pay and your comm starts immediately.
3. Provide references for your character(s). For complex illustrations, you can tell me the story of your characters and I'll think of a compelling composition to draw (if you have a composition in mind, that's fine as well!)
4. You have a two week time limit to send in references, if you are late I will pause your slot and move it down into the waiting list if there is another person interested in commissioning me.
6. WIPs will be sent weekly and the final piece will be sent to your preferred contact.

GENERAL
1. I have a right to refuse commissions.
2. You will receive a digital file of the art in PNG and PDF format, both watermarked and non watermarked versions. The watermarked versions are provided if you want to post the piece online.PAYMENT
1. Payment will either be done directly through paypal or via Vgen services.
2. I only accept United States Dollars.
3. Commissions under 200 USD must be paid 100% upfront, for anything above you can request 50/50 (50% to start the commission and 50% after a sketch is chosen).PROCESS & REVISIONS
1. After sending me all references and stories, I will begin sketching design alternatives for you to choose from.
2. These design alternatives are revisable.
3. After a sketch has been chosen, I will begin rendering the piece.
4. Work in Progress shots will be sent weekly, if there's anything that makes me not able to send a progress shot I will inform you dont worry!
5. If you have any revisions during these WIP checkpoints, please let me know as soon as possible.
6. There are no hard limits when it comes to how much you're allowed to revise, but if I feel like an aspect is being revised too much I will have to pull on the brakes a bit and have you choose from two options.
7. If anything personal comes up that will delay your commission progress I will notify you as soon as possible.
8. Once everything is approved and done, the final piece will be sent to your preferred contact.COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
1. Unless you have paid the privacy fee, I'm allowed to use the work and its progress shots in my portfolio and post the work online.
2. DO NOT use the art piece for monetized or commercial use unless you have paid the aforementioned fees.
3. You are allowed to post the watermarked version online (to prevent art theft), and use the art piece as a banner/profile picture/wallpaper with credit.
4. You are not allowed to claim the art as your own work.Do not feed my art into AI datasets, generative machines, or use my art in any blockchain related technology.

If any use case is not detailed above, contact me for clarity regarding its permissions.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
1. You are not allowed refunds if I have started rendering the piece.
2. You will be refunded 50% if cancellation happens after I send design alternatives but before I've started rendering.
3. You will be refunded 95% if cancellation happens before I've sent design sketches.
4. If cancellation comes from my side at any point in the commission, you will receive a full refund.
5. If after six months there are no updates from my side, you are allowed a full refund as well.If you are getting a refund do not request a paypal chargeback, I will send back the money myself.If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
